Pastry Grease replaces any spray or even greasing and flouring a pan and works amazingly well with any pan for cakes, muffins and breads.
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c Crisco
- 1/4 c vegetable or canola oil
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Brush grease on cake pan with a thin layer to coat.
Tip: This recipe may be easily cut in half or doubled depending on how often you bake. Pastry Grease does keep well for several weeks in an airtight container in the pantry.
